UpdateServiceSettingToAllServices

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/api/collections/{CollectionGuid}/services/settings/{Name}	Update setting value for all services in selected collection	The setting is identified by its public name. The setting value of all services associated with the selected collection are updated. The value is serialized.
